Did you know indoor conditions can significantly impact human health? The built environment is an important factor in human performance and wellbeing.
Are you a builder, realtor, or municipality looking to build or renovate a structure or offices? How would you like to create a space that is healthier, pest resistant and easier to keep clean? Let my years of experience help you make a more marketable, more sustainable building by:
helping you choose healthier fixtures, furnishings and equipment (FF&E) that have reduced emissions which contribute directly to indoor air quality.
conducting air sampling for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), carbon dioxide (CO2), particulates and more in your existing space to pinpoint problem areas
using engineering concepts to make the building lower maintenance by choosing elements that are easier to keep clean.
using my experience in vector control to implement easy fixes to keep pests out.
The economic burden of musculoskeletal injuries is substantial, with employer costs estimated at $18 billion annually*. Can you afford to skip ergonomics?
Ergonomic assessments are all about designing work environments and tasks that align with people’s physical and cognitive abilities—improving safety, comfort, and performance and amplifying work potential.
Sit Happens Lunch and Learn + Speed Ergo
A lighthearted 30-minute lunch and learn on the hazards of sedentary work and how employees can incorporate micro-breaks and simple workstation tweaks to help eliminate musculoskeletal injuries. After the lunch and learn, participants will receive a mini (2-5 minute) check of their workstations.
Discomfort Survey + Group Ergonomics Functional Training
A discomfort survey will be distributed across the team to identify patterns and problem areas. Employees will then receive a targeted group training based on the survey results.
1 on 1 Ergonomics Assessment
A full, individual ergonomics assessment: workstation evaluation, risk factor analysis, personalized recommendations and a written report.
